Solano County News and the California attorney general's office estimate Solano County homeowners will parcel out $3.1B distributed to the nine county Bay Area. Other counties are getting more than Solano County because their house prices are higher. For example Alameda County might get $757 million, while Contra Costa County gets $651 million.
