Lower Solano sales taxes are making Solano shoppers happier. The drop in one percent for the sales taxes throughout the California sate came about when the so called "temporary" one percent tax increase expired.
Many people including this blog questioned if the California one percent sales tax reduction really was temporary. Luckily things worked out well in that regard. Governor Jerry Brown hopes it will help stimulate California' economy.
